To show respect I hold open doors for people and apologize if I run into people. I fail to do this when people annoy me and I don't like them like half of the people in my grade. If people don’t do things respectful to others that will make return that feeling to that person. My friend always talks to their friend when the teacher is talking and the result of that is their seat being changed. My brother is respectful by letting everyone finish talking before he puts in his 2 cents. THen he gets rewarded with money.

  7. To show respect I always try to show good manners. When I ask for stuff I say please. When someone does something for me I say thank you. Showing good manners is a way of showing you respect that person. It shows that you can be polite.
I fail at this when sometimes I forget to use my manners with my parents. I forget to say please when asking for something or thank them when they do things for me.
Someone might show disrespect for themselves when they fail do to things that will better themselves like not doing homework or failing.
One of my friends always disrespects their parents by talking mean to them. They are always arguing and he constantly gets grounded.
Another one of my friends does everything he his suppose to do like his homework and chores. He usually gets rewarded by getting video games. He is also allowed to hang out when he finishes everything.
